I am a visionary leader and dedicated advocate for youth empowerment, driving change through the strategic application of technology. As the Founder of The Alaika Group, my mission is rooted in the powerful philosophy: Grow Yourself,and Others, leveraging digital skills as the critical catalyst for personal and communal success. The Alaika Group was established to bridge the digital divide,recognizing that proficiency in technology is the key to unlocking modern opportunity. The Group's foundation was built on tangible impact; a Training Center: we were provided with a training office by the Mumbuni Zone headteachers, the Mumbuni Location Chief, and the Upper Kiandani Assistant Chief, to offer essential computer literacy to underserved youth in 2023 and 2024. Additionally, we had meaningful collaborations, including a partnership with DOT Kenya for the successful Ganjisha Content program, and The Jitegemee Children's Program on their foundational Street Business School (SBS) initiative. Today, my focus is on inspiring the youth to transition from just learning skills to leveraging technology as a continuous engine for self-development and entrepreneurship. I champion the idea that the skills learned are merely the beginning-the true power lies in using the digital landscape to learn new skills, develop themselves, and ultimately, grow the ecosystem around them. I continue to lead The Alaika Group in its mission to cultivate a generation of digitally empowered and proactive young leaders ready to drive Kenya's future.
